Lic. Antonio Holguín Tinoco
Law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM), where he earned honors in his studies, graduated in the year 1976, supporting the thesis “Rights and obligations of tourists in Mexico” through which he obtained national prize awarded by the National Tourism Council, date on which he has been exercising his vocation as an attorney; partner of several law firms and founder of the firm which now appears under the name of Bufete Holguin y Abogados, S.C., with specialties in civil, commercial, banking, infrastructure, procurement and public sector services, contracts and financial projects, focusing primarily on lawsuits under these areas.
Lic. Antonio Holguín Acosta
Has a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where he received a honorable mention with the thesis “Propuesta de un Modelo de Mediación para la Solución de Conflictos” (Proposal of a New Model of Mediation for Conflicts Resolution). He obtained the second place in the National Inter-University Competition of Commercial Arbitration organized by the Arbitration Center of Mexico, the Mexican Bar Association and the Colegio de Abogados, A.C. He has successfully completed the following degrees: i) Doctorate Candidate in Tax Law by the University of Salamanca in Spain ii) Master in Tax Law by the Universidad Panamericana (UP) in Mexico City iii) Diploma and Specialization in Tax Law by the Instituto Tecnológico Autonómo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City iv) Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City v) Specialization in Civil and Commercial Law by the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM) in Mexico City vi) Diploma in Adversarial System of Criminal Justice and Oral Trials by the Universidad Panamericana (UP) in Mexico City He specializes in mercantile, administrative, civil and tax litigation, as well as in corporate, banking and infrastructure matters; he has been legal adviser of various national and international institutions and several entities from the Mexican government. He is currently serving as counsel to the Comision de Vigilancia of the Insituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) as well as main counsel to the Government of the state of Sonora over the implementation of the Adversarial System of Criminal Justice. He has been professor of the subjects “Juicio de Amparo II” and “Practica de Derecho Civil y Juicios Especiales”, in the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Anahuac del Sur in Mexico City. He has been invited to serve as conferee in Japan by the Japan International Labour Foundation (JILAF) and his law firm has been mentioned in various important publications, most recently in the Corporate INTL Magazine based in the UK.
Lic. Daniela Sánchez Rello
Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, has a specialty in Civil and Mercliliantile Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP) is a specialist in civil, mercantile procedure and juicio de amparo, as well as in the area of banking law, corporate law, acquisitions and services to the public sector, she has effectively advise national and international corporations as well as various branches of the government sector. Was actively involved over the development of the courses “Amparo II” and “Civil Law Practice” taught by Mr. Antonio Holguin Acosta in the Universidad Anahuac del Sur. She served as Deputy Counsel, in the area of consumer banking and corporate legal of Banco Nacional de Mexico S.A.
